# Privacy

Short version: this site collects nothing about you.

## No cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no login, no session, and no stored preference, so there is nothing a cookie would be for — and therefore no cookie banner.

## No analytics

No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no third-party analytics of any kind. The site loads zero lines of JavaScript. You can disable JS entirely and every page still works.

## No third-party resources

Fonts are the ones already on your system; nothing is fetched from a CDN. Images and stylesheets are served from this domain. Visiting this site causes your browser to make no requests to anyone else.

## Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web service, Cloudflare records request logs (IP, timestamp, path, user agent) to prevent abuse and keep the service up. I do not read those logs, export them, or join them against anything else. See [Cloudflare's privacy policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) for how they handle that data.

## Outbound links

Posts here link to other sites. Once you click through, that site's privacy policy applies and I have no control over it. Every external link carries `rel="noreferrer"`, so the destination does not learn which page you came from.

## Email

If you email me, I see your address and what you wrote — that is how email works. I will not add you to any list or pass your address to anyone.

## AI crawlers

I allow search engines and AI assistants to crawl and cite this site; being cited is part of why I write. The exact allow and deny rules are in [robots.txt](/robots.txt).

## Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes. There is no email notification, because I do not have your email.
